What are we learning to release with blessing?

Release is one of the hardest practices of faithful leadership.

Not because leaders lack courage.

But because what must be released often mattered deeply.

A way of serving.
A beloved building.
A familiar process.
A role that carried identity.
A pattern of belonging that shaped a community's life.

The Two Loop frame gives us language for this tenderness. Some things are not abandoned because they failed. Some things are released because they completed their faithful work.

That distinction matters.

It allows gratitude to stand beside grief.

It allows leaders to say: this carried life, and now we must ask how life will be carried next.

To release with blessing is to refuse both denial and despair.

What are you learning to release with gratitude rather than resentment?
