What kind of soil allows mission to keep growing?

Mission does not grow everywhere in the same way.

It needs soil.

Trust.
Memory.
Clarity.
Courage.
Shared language.
Honest grief.
Room for imagination.

In many organizations, leaders focus on the seed: the new plan, the new structure, the new partnership, the new initiative.

But the soil matters just as much.

A community that has not made room for truth may struggle to receive new possibility. A community that has not honored grief may resist new growth. A community that has not named its values may confuse activity with mission.

The Two Loop frame reminds us that emerging life needs conditions.

Not hype.
Not pressure.
Not premature certainty.

Conditions.

Hope grows best in soil that has been honest enough to be made ready.

What kind of soil is your community cultivating for the mission to keep growing?
