Language for what is completing.
Language for what is emerging.
Without shared language, people often default to fear.
They may hear “change” as abandonment.
They may hear “transition” as loss.
They may hear “new structure” as erasure.

That kind of language does not remove pain.
But it can reduce shame and confusion.
