Too often, communities feel pressured to choose.
If we grieve, are we resisting the future?
If we imagine, are we dishonoring the past?
But faithful hope asks us to hold both.
In the Two Loop movement, the old loop and the new loop overlap for a season. That overlap is emotionally complex. It asks leaders to bless what has carried life while also protecting the fragile beginnings of what may come next.
This is vulnerable work.
It requires leaders to make room for tears and prototypes, memory and possibility, lament and imagination.
Grief and imagination are not enemies. Together, they help love find its next faithful form.
